How group pricing works
For 1–8 passengers, the group arrangement is one MPV with an instant price. For 9–16, we price two MPVs travelling together: one booking, the same planned timings and room for luggage. Enter the actual passenger and case numbers rather than choosing solely by the largest number of seats.
Groups of 17–32 use a callback so the itinerary and suitable transport can be discussed. Larger parties and coach journeys are quoted individually. A single minibus can also be requested through a licensed partner if keeping everyone in one vehicle matters more than using the instantly priced two-MPV arrangement.
The quote needs to match what you intend to book. Extra pickups, equipment, a return at a different time or an updated passenger count should be included at the outset. We review luggage needs with you rather than assuming an eight-seat passenger capacity also leaves unlimited space for cases.
Two MPVs or one minibus?
Two MPVs suit parties who are comfortable dividing between separate vehicles. Timings are coordinated and there is one booking, but passengers do not share one cabin. Decide in advance who travels in each vehicle, including children and the adult accompanying them, and distribute luggage around the agreed capacity.

Same timings means a coordinated schedule, not a guarantee that two vehicles will remain side by side in traffic. Tell us if someone needs to travel with a particular companion or if a shared arrival is essential for an event. The best arrangement follows the people and luggage, not a vehicle label alone.
Areas we cover
We are based in Crawley and arrange group collections around Gatwick and Horley. Journeys can also start in Horsham, Redhill, Reigate or East Grinstead, with the full pickup addresses used to plan the route. If guests join at several addresses, send them together as one itinerary so stops and timings can be considered properly.
Safety and licensing
National Transfer LTD holds Crawley Borough Council Private Hire Operator's Licence OP297. Private hire journeys use Crawley Borough Council-licensed drivers. We have £10m public liability insurance, and drivers are enhanced DBS-checked and safeguarding-trained. Wheelchair accessible vehicles can be arranged around the passenger's equipment and access requirements.
Our private hire licence is not a PSV operator's licence, and we are not a CPT member. Minibus and coach operation is handled by licensed transport partners. The written quote identifies the operator for a vehicle with nine or more passenger seats, so you know who will operate the journey before booking.

Include the event's arrival deadline rather than only its start time, and tell us about any return or multiple stops. Please describe practical access needs without sending unnecessary health information. If the itinerary is for a club or organisation, nominate a contact who can confirm the passenger list and receive the travel instructions. An enquiry is a request to review arrangements, not a confirmed booking.
Minibus and coach journeys are arranged through licensed partners. For vehicles with 9 or more passenger seats, the journey is operated by a partner holding a PSV operator's licence, and we confirm the operator's name and licence number in writing on your quote.
