What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in a similar way. This policy covers both.

Your Choice

When you first visit our website, we ask whether you allow analytics and reviews cookies. Analytics and reviews cookies are only used if you allow them. A small number of essential items are always used so the site works and stays secure. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.

Essential Storage (Always On)

These are needed for the website to work and do not require consent:

• nt-cookie-consent (local storage) — remembers your cookie choice. Kept until you clear your browser storage or change your choice. • __cf_bm (cookie) — Cloudflare bot protection, which helps keep the website secure. Expires after about 30 minutes. • __dpl (cookie) — set by our hosting provider so the website works correctly.

Analytics Cookies (Only With Your Consent)

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and whether bookings are completed. Google Analytics sets:

• _ga — distinguishes visitors. Expires after 2 years. • _ga_[ID] — keeps track of your visit. Expires after 2 years.

We also store nt-purchase-tracked-[reference] in your browser's local storage, only when a completed booking is sent to Google Analytics, so the same booking is not counted twice. We remove it if you later reject analytics.

We use Google Consent Mode, so Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies unless you accept. If you later reject, we remove these cookies from our domain.

Reviews (Only With Your Permission)

Our live Google reviews are shown by Elfsight. The reviews widget only loads if you allow Reviews or tap "Show our Google reviews". When it loads, Elfsight sets two cookies on its own domain:

• elfsight_viewed_recently — expires within a day. • _cfuvid — a Cloudflare security cookie that expires when you close your browser.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of our website are provided by other companies, which may set their own cookies or receive technical information from your browser:

• SumUp — our payment page is hosted by SumUp on its own website, where its own cookie policy applies. • Google Fonts — loads our website fonts and does not set cookies on our site.

Advertising

We do not currently use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may stop parts of the website, such as remembering your cookie choice, from working.
